Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations and that the return process felt inconvenient and costly. We want to assure you that all the videos we share on our website and social media are of our actual products, showcasing their real functionality and features. However, we understand that expectations and experiences can sometimes differ, and we sincerely apologize if the product didn’t work as you had hoped. Regarding the return process, while most of our products are shipped from U.S. warehouses, returns for certain items may require international shipping, which can unfortunately lead to higher costs. We are actively working on expanding our return options to make the process more convenient and affordable for all our customers. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll do our best to make this right for you. Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your order and the return process. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we deeply regret the frustration caused. To clarify, our leather products are designed to meet high standards, and we apologize if the case did not meet your expectations. Your feedback about the material has been shared with our product team to investigate further. Regarding the return process, we understand how frustrating it can be to have a parcel returned undelivered. While we do have U.S. warehouses for most products, some returns may need to be sent to our main warehouse in China. We recognize this can be inconvenient and are actively working on offering more accessible return options for customers worldwide. We’d like to resolve this for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details, and we will investigate your case and work to provide a fair resolution. Your experience matters to us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are committed to improving our processes and ensuring better service moving forward.
