bad case, bad materials, bad design.
bad case, a few drops and it is beginning to lose full clasp (this is for the frame case pixel 9) feels like eventually the clasp may not be the most reliable method of closing, i was hoping it was screws. 31/05/26 Yup, lost it's ability entirely to close, i now have to periodically bend it and shape it in order for it to even function as a case - made with bad materials, and customer service is shocking - sent an email on the 9th, and it's currently the 31st. All their trustpilot review responses are AI generated crap, I highly doubt they have ever refunded or replaced anyone's orders. don't give your money to these people. Order Number #79752

Hi, That’s a valid concern — especially on a frame-style case. You’re right: the clasp system is the critical point on this design. It’s built to keep things slim and easy to install, but over time (especially after drops), if it starts to loosen, then reliability becomes a real issue. What you’re feeling isn’t something we ignore — it can come from: Wear on the locking points after impact Or tolerance slightly loosening over time And once that confidence drops, the whole case loses its value. On your point about screws — you’re not wrong. Screws would increase long-term rigidity, but at the cost of usability (install/removal) and everyday convenience. That said, we’re actively exploring stronger locking mechanisms to bridge that gap. Let’s fix your situation: Email us at [email protected] with your order number — we’ll: Check your unit Offer a replacement with a tighter fit or a more reliable alternative design Quick context: We design these cases specifically for Pixel users, but durability over time — especially on mechanical parts like clasps — has to hold up, not just look good on day one. If we solve this properly for you, we’d appreciate you updating your experience afterward. — Madison The Pixel Case Team
