We’d like to clarify what happened from our side: When you contacted us about the issue with your Tom Ford fragrance, we immediately started the return process and provided you with a prepaid return label and return instructions. Once the item was received back at our warehouse, our team inspected it and found that the box had been opened and the bottle was approximately half used. As per our return policy, which requires items to be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, we were unable to issue a refund in this case. We also sent you detailed photos of the bottle and box to show the condition in which it was received by our warehouse. Our team has already been in contact with you regarding this matter, and we’re still happy to review any additional information you may have.
