Never actually win
I have spent a lot of money time and time again and still have yet to actually win. The games freeze and kick you out during rolling which looses your money and is frustrating.

Process to get withdrawal was frustrating
The process to get the withdrawal was to say the least enjoyable I've ever had. Everytime I contacted by chat I was told you now have to do such and such. I had to make 7 attempts for ID alone. Very frustrating
