I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in hopes that it helps someone else. I struggle with a gambling addiction and made the decision to close my account back in March because I knew I needed to stop. My understanding was that the account had been closed, yet I was later able to access it again in March and continue gambling. Then tried to close it again they offered me money not to close it, but ultimately ended up closing it soon after and told the agent to never allow me back and she even put notes in. Then they allowed me to open a new account. For someone battling addiction, that kind of access can have devastating consequences. The losses that followed ultimately led me to seek help through a five-week inpatient gambling rehabilitation program. Looking back, I wish stronger responsible gambling safeguards had been in place. If a customer has clearly indicated they have a gambling problem and asks for their account to be closed, they should have confidence that the restriction will be effective. Responsible gambling measures are there to protect vulnerable people during moments when they may not be able to protect themselves. I’m sharing my experience because I hope the company will review its responsible gambling processes and strengthen them for future customers. If you or someone you know struggles with gambling addiction, please think carefully before playing online and seek support if needed. *******I also must add from my experience on here playing they take days to process any payouts. And it’s a fight to even be allowed to do any payouts. And I’m not talking about just verifying identity, that was easy part ~ multiple calls pleading to make a payout. They make you feel bad about wanting a payout

Hello , TheOnlineCasino.com takes responsible gaming seriously and does not allow multiple accounts. Our investigation confirmed that a new account was created using a different email address, which violates our Terms and Conditions. The deposits were made voluntarily and used for gameplay, so we are unable to reverse those transactions or issue a refund. We appreciate your feedback and continuously review our responsible gaming measures, but our decision in this matter remains final. We wish you all the best moving forward. Regards Ron C.
