Pésimo servicio al cliente al igual que el servicio no ayudan y si pides reembolso te quitan el acceso al servidor

Tremenda estafa, Es la estafa más ESTAFA posible no admiten reembolso no puedes cambiar de servicio cuando cambias tienes que además pagar ponen una paga trimestral que realmente es mensual es un engaño además te roban y lo justifican con no haber leído los términos y ni siquiera leyendo los términos y condiciones sale lo que dicen tuve que bloquearles desde el banco para que no me cobraran un pago que ni siquiera hice es increíble basura de página

Absolute garbage website, their customer service is very bad, i do not reccomend using this website. You cant delete your bank information from the web and you cant stop paying the service you acquired by yourself, you need to contact them and they give you 0 help. Ive been trying to stop my service for 3 months and they still charging me the money. ITS A SCAM.

I was charged 2 months worth of service after cancelation and they still didn't issue a refund.

It's good if you want a laggy server with 5 people online. I used this hosting 1 year ago and the servers were not bad, but a week later nodes went down and were never fixed. I decided to buy a VPS from them so I wouldn't have to care about the panel's uglyness and those things, but it turns out that they scammed me. The VPS wasn't working and they offered me a dedicated server with more ram at the same price which is better but when I accepted the offer, they said they would expect to have it working in a few days, but weeks went on until I had the monthly fee, I canceled everything and said goodbye. As I'm writing this in 2024, a year went on, and if they're better now I might give them another chance, and I doubt if they're better now. (probably not, we'll see)

El peor servicio posible. No dejan cancelar tu suscripción desde la propia página y tienes que acudir a tu banco para cancelar el pago automático. Son unos saca dinero rastreros.

Me parece una falta de respeto que uno cancele el servicio y el día de cobro que estaba previsto terminen cobrando después de haber dicho tal cancelación.
