Very very bad :(, sorry, but your services doesn't work good

Only payed for a month of service and had problems from day one. The server was unable to start more time than it was online and when i asked for a refund they disclosed that they only offer refunds in the first 24 hours of service. These people are scam artists. Dont trust them...

Need to learn to answer and not DELETE A FREAKING TICKET

Soporte muy malo, Conexiones caidas , muy malas experiiencias con esta compañia.

El soporte es pésimo realmente. Ademas del lag. Tengo otros servers de la misma ram y similar modalidad y no van asi de mal como en el TheMinecraftHosting

they are a god awful server, their customer service sucks to no end, they take foooreeeever to reply to you and when they do well you just didn't get help cause they didn't really answer your question so you now have to ask it again and wait another 2+ days or more, anything server related u might as well ask a wall to help you as they don't know jack when it comes to running an mc server service. their customer service reps are the rudest people I have ever come across in a long time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this provider your stress levels will be through the roof if you go with them.

Not trustworthy deleted all my stuff and asks me to pay for the next year which was soon... do not reccomend!

He tenido el mismo problema que que "Raul Salais", persona que ha opinado también en esta pagina. NO hay suficiente memoria, se crashea constantemente, ahora funciona, ahora se crashea y no he hecho nada, solo apagar y encender el server. 2 tickets con 0 respuestas, y el servicio pésimo.
