Support is non-responsive and I have to restart my server once a day to keep it running. Their mobile/pe servers do NOT support Bedrock so you're stuck with having to use mods to have mobs spawn and there is no redstone support. I've had a ticket it for over 2 months and it's not just getting closed after a few days of them not responding at all. You're better off self-hosting than going with them.

I bought a very cheap server from here so luckily I wasn't scammed too hard but after the purchase, I went to open it up but the multicraft login didn't work. I used the IP they gave me and tried to log in but it said that there was no server from that IP so I contacted customer support, they didn't answer, I contacted again, they didn't answer. I go on their site to try and get a refund but my account says i don't have a server Then a month later they asked for payment and I didn't pay them. They asked for payment again and if I didn't pay I would be banned from their site. Do not buy from this site, I don't how they are still up and still making money.

I would not recommend this company for server hosting. Their customer service won't help, and asking for a refund gets you hours of delays and deflections until their Refund Window closes so they don't have to pay you back. Very scammy company.

Their minecraft server kinda works, well lets just say at least i got a server for minecraft. It was outdated and i had to go looking for updated .Jar files myself.... when i ordered a rust server they took my money and ran. wont answer my tickets wont refund me and never gave me a rust server no log in i.p nothing. Honestly i have been renting game servers for over 10 years now and this is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. spend a few bucks more and go with a reputable company. these guys are into stealing from kids and to me that's one step above pedophile.

Bought a minecraft pc server with 5gb's of ram for vanilla server. Well it lagged alot. I contacted the support and they said that my server was using 5GB's of ram as normal survival server. They also told me I'd need to buy a dedicated server to reduce the lag. The dedicated server would cost about 100€'s

They claim to own/collocate all of their nodes but do not in fact. This can be seen by tracerouting the hostname 'mc128.theminecrafthosting.com' which was provided to me by their support. This hostname leads to Hetzner's FSN1-DC11 datacentre, which according to them, do not provide collocation, only dedicated server hosting (search 'hetzner datacenter locations' on google and it's the link called 'Rechenzentren und Anbindung/en – Hetzner DokuWiki'). I cannot post the direct article on this review. They're intentionally misleading their clients, and this can be seen from other reviews here. Any proof can be provided if I'm contacted.

Complete scam, unbelievable how Paypal continue to allow them to have an account. Paid in full for hosting, server went down on the second day. Messaged them everyday to try and resolve and they only rebooted the service once I opened a ticket with paypal to try and reclaim my money... 7 days after it went down. So out of 9 days we got 2 days of hosting and then 7 days of waiting. Their T&C's are only about not giving you a refund after 24 hours so I can see Paypals side however I was then threatened by their support staff implying that they would turn off my server.. (bearing in mind we hadn't migrated across yet because it was down basically since we got it). I think it's a shame that paypal doesn't block the account their using as I spent 5 minutes on reddit and found very similar stories to mine about the same company scamming people. I feel bad for anyone who doesn't have a backup and are relying on these clowns to provide a service. Please don't waste your money here, you will have more fun simply burning it and you'd save a lot of time as well.
