I really wish I could give them a much lower rating but one will have to do. If I had to guess the positive ratings are either from them or from people that they provide service to in exchange for advertising. I set up a server 2 weeks ago with theminecrafthosting.com. The first week was great then half way through the second week I could no longer connect to the server. I could log in to the console but if I tried to restart the server I got an error. I opened up a ticket explained the situation. several hours later I get a reply "I currently don't see any of those errors sir." 24 hours later nothing else. Then after a couple more notes from me trying to get a response 48 hours later I get a simple "We are trying to fix this issue with Multicraft." At this point it has been 3 days since I was able to access the server I was paying for. It has now bee 2 more days from that last comment I can no longer access the console for the server and has been 5 days of not being able to get on. I log into the ticket system tonight to see if there were any updates and I find that the ticket has been closed. Closed they closed the ticket without resolving it. If you are thinking of using their service PLEASE DON'T. As many have said before me and I am sure many will say after THIS SITE IS A SCAM! They will gladly take your money and then run cut you off. PLEASE, PLEASE Do not use this site.

I used this company to run my minecraft server. I could not access my own server files and sent a ticket to support only to get a response after 36 hours. This was the start of my nightmare. Yes they did sort out that problem but what was to follow is beyond belief. I paid for the server with cash via paypal payment and 1 week later another months payment suddenly came out from my paypal account. I made a dispute and they then suspended my server reason given was one word "PayPal". I contacted paypal and they were just as confused as I was. I am one of the lucky ones, due to the fact that I take a screenshot of type of support and had that as prove. I managed to get one of the payments back but only after paypal got involved. I still had 2 weeks left of the month I had paid and minecrafthosting.com stopped my service because I opened a dispute. A further word of warning to anyone who may be interested in using this company . . . . . DON'T use their LIVE CHAT, it's DEAD.

this company are an absolute joke, suspended my service with still 2 weeks left till the next payment because i opened a paypal dispute. their servers are ok when they arent laggy and people can join. STAY WELL CLEAR

Really awful service, would not reccommend. This hosting service is so bad. Don't let the low prices tempt you, it is NOT worth it - they are low for a reason. While they will get the service up and running for you, don't expect support or any extra features without paying big $$$ (most you would get free with other companies). They have even managed to break the Multicraft panel. You wont have access to this (controling your server) a good 20% of the time, as you will be denied access while logged in.

The worst hosting i have ever used Legit the worst one i have bought the server and then when the servers weren't working as i wanted them and all had more then 500 ping with me and my players so i made a ticket and they did not respond for 7 days and after that i tried charging back on paypal but they changed their ticket and edited it so that it looks like they replied instantly so paypal took that as a proof because we all know paypal is dumb. I will suggest everyone to not use them EVER!

Bought a Rust server and it didn't work. I filed a report on PayPal and they said they would update the Rust Server Control Panel they had and never did. I made a ticket with them and they deleted it. I made a new one and they deleted that one as well. Also i cant file another complaint to PayPal because i already did. Waste of money. Don't trust this terrible website. They need to be stopped.

This is probably the sketchiest company I've ever experienced. I purchased the service because honestly it was cheap and seemed to be okay. If I didn't like it I had 24 hours to try it right? WRONG. The FAQ states that it will give you 24 hours if you don't like it, it will refund your money.....nope. In the Terms and Conditions there is a catch. ONLY IF WE CAN'T FIX YOUR PROBLEM. Excuse me? What do you mean only if we can't fix your problem? That is not a good practice man. Now I can't get into Multicraft because something is wrong. The ONLY way to upload your server is using a client through FileZilla which isn't listed. It's a big joke. Instead of working with me they kept forcing me to use their service. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and overall people. I tried going through PayPal to refund my money but because I was misled by the Terms, Paypal sided with them. OH! Also they suspend me from time to time. Which is awesome let me tell you. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE! PLEASE!

Please do not use this company, SO FUCkNG BAD I'm just so MAD but really mad !!!!!! They scammed me tons and tons of money They never responded to me, Ive been having a ticket since Septemeber 05 in 2018, I still message them to get stuff fixed they dont respond and if they respond it has a 2 weeks time between it. Seriously mother fuckig scammers. I hope they get shut down cause this is just RID.....
