7 days of downtime with no previous advice, It used to be good, now they are not, I would never recommend it.

How are people having good experiences with this server? My 1.14.2 vanilla minecraft server lags like crazy. I have a 12 GB server from them for $22/month. They used to be good in the past, but now they're just too old and slow. I have moved on to a newer host with a better processors. They use old Intel Xeon X5680 processors from 2010. No wonder why their servers are so damn slow! Someone please tell them that there are newer and much better processors out there. I can't imagine how long this host will keep up with the new minecraft updates being that it's so resource heavy.

Cheap but you get what you pay for, no support, apparently had a 'sirious power failure at their TX data center' server was dead for 3 days, after multiple support tickets, copy and paste responses with spelling errors by them and then deleted tickets server was reconnected by multicraft panel was not, a day later all back up and running...just to be disconnected again less then 24 hours later.

Awful customer service, actual servers barely work. I sent out a request to cancel the server I bought because the server wouldn't connect, regardless of whether I restarted my computer/wifi/firewall, regardless of what version I used...So far I've replied to customer service multiple times asking them to cancel what I had bought, in their replies they just demand to know what the issue is - which I have explained, but they won't cancel my subscription or at least tell me how to. An absolute joke, and a waste of money. The servers barely work. Go elsewhere.

El peor hosting de minecraft que he usado.. Primero no me querían dar la ip que ellos ofrecían, tuve que hacer una controversia en paypal por no recibir el servicio de la ip dedicada. Luego de eso me dieron el servicio, sino hago eso, me imagino que no me lo dan porque me cerraban los tickets. También el hosting se echaba a perder en menos de 24 horas y tenía que enviar tickets para que lo arreglaran. Lo arreglaban y se echaba a perder de nuevo, al final se demoraban un monton en responder y el server estaba mas offline que online... He usado muchos hosting de minecraft y este es el peor.

This company is a scam They literally stops my server about every 12 hours and for about 20 hours it does not start, if i open a ticket for help they just answer 20 hours later with the problem is solved ( I payed about 30 euros for 4gb and dedicated ip server 3 months )

They stole me 24 euros... I bought 2 servers from them 1 for 1 month 4gb with dedicated ip and the other for 3 months... they both had a problem since i bought them... somethimes they stop working for a day then they restart... so i opened a paypal ticket to have refound... they answered me that if i didnt close it they would terminate my servers without refound i did it and they terminated my servers...
