(Very good prices and good services, sometimes they take a while to answer, but they have always helped me with my problems, i have a server for over a year and works fine!) EDITED: I was very happy cause the only time I had problems helped me (it took a long time but in the end they did) but days ago I hired a new 6GB plan (bigger than the one I had) and it has an error, and when I sent a ticket They told me that they were the plugins, I started testing and sent all the information explaining that it was their error, and they just deleted my tickets without saying anything, I send a ticket again asking for an explanation of why they deleted the previous one that contained all the information, and only deleted the new ticket again. They left me without explanation, Without help, And they didn't solve the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Horrendous support. Bought a 6 GB RAM server, it failed to start up and allocate just 4. Contacted them via their support system, they didn't answer within almost two weeks (and now my ticket is deleted), so the only way to get in contact with them was via a PayPal dispute (I was looking for a refund at this point). Support there was very rude, they even threatened to cancel my service if I didn't stop my dispute - even though that's all I really want them to do. Can't even stop my subscription manually. Had to pay next month's invoice as well, because I can't stop my subscription. Still waiting for them to do that for me. Bad, bad business. Would not recommend.

My own personal experience with this host. It started around two weeks since. At first a friend and myself were really excited about uploading our already made server files to this host to finally finish out server. At first everything seemed fine but as time as gone on, the server lag has gotton worse, after monitoring the cpu usage I found it to be at 100% most of the time, therefore, lag and that's just with myself on the server. Now i have no idea what hardware this company uses but exactly the same setup, (worlds, plugins, everything exactly the same) with Skynode and their cpu usage is at sat nicely at 30 - 40%. I wish that I had found and read some of the earlier comments on this review of this company before spending the past two weeks tearing my hair out trying to stop the lag, testing individual plugins, all that time wasted and the the server could have been up and running by now.

Garbage server can't play for more then 5 minutes then it gets so much lag that it's not playable, supper sucks they just delete the tickets instead of trying to help. going to paypal for a refund since they keep deleting my ticket's

It has been almost two weeks now, and we still don't have a functioning server. We have opened numerous tickets with them trying to explain what's going on and after a reply or two, they simply close the ticket. No further answers, no help. It took us nearly 20 hours to move our save files onto multicraft only to log in one day to realize the server wasn't on there. When we were able to gain access again, all our files were gone. They offered no explanation. After a week of going around and around, we asked for a refund. They reiterated that it was our jar file that was the problem, when we had told them on the last ticket (that they closed with no solution) that we can't even begin to replicate because all of our files are gone. We wrote back stating so, and they closed the ticket. They're very clearly a scam and it's unfortunate I didn't do my research before. We only lost a few dollars, so it's not a big deal. But their complete lack of customer service or even knowing what they're doing isn't worth even a penny.

Adqurí un servidor de 12Gb de RAM más prioridad de CPU para hacer un survival técnico con varios amigos. El primer día éramos 9-10 personas conectadas a la vez y experimentamos muchísimo lag. No entiendo cómo puede haber lag en un plan de tanta RAM con sólo 9 personas. Escribí un ticket de soporte y no me respondieron hasta al cabo de 5 días después. Por eso acabé adquiriendo otro host en Apex Hosting y estoy muy contento, nada de lag. Queríamos ir a matar el dragón cuanto antes con mis amigos y no pudimos, estuve esperando a que me respondieran y tardaban mucho. Por eso tuve que acabar adquiriendo otro host. Además, en el ticket me respondieron diciendo que no veían lag en el servidor ya que habían 20 ticks todo el rato. Obviamente no había lag, habíamos cambiado de host y no entraba nadie. En definitiva, NO COMPRES en TheMinecraftHosting un server. Yo he experimentado lag con sólo 2 personas conectadas a la vez.

Paid for a year. They could not keep a basic server up three days. Reach out to support and their fix is to replace your world with a new one with the wrong version. Finally had to reach out to paypal for refund. When I did that they responded with "Close the dispute now and keep this conversation on the tickets or your account will be cancelled and the dispute is not acceptable because it goes against our Terms Of Service that you accepted June 15, 2019 at 2:38:07 PM EDT" Threats? Wow their customer service is as poor as their hosting and tech support.

It's a scam, don't buy from them.
