good servers but the support take a while to response

I have had quite a pleasant experience got a coupon with 60% of so i decided to get a 8GB which cost me 52$. I have had the server for about one month and have only had on hiccup which I had to write a support ticket and I got a response the next day.

I didn’t have a problem with the service. The only thing that needs a little help is the way tickets are handeled. Sometimes they were answered in an hour or two and then others a few days.( they were on urgent) So that’s the only problem I had. Everything else was great. I’ll probally be returning when I have the time.

Very good however it took me an extremely long time to figure everything out because of all the changes and new ways of doing things. If anyone needs help with getting mods to work please find a way to contact me and I can help^^

Buen servicio de Soporte y buenos servidores.

I am saving to rent a server on this page that really catches my attention, I will put 5 stars when I see what the service is like, for now I have been recommended in a very good way

Los precios de los planes estan muy bien, el servidor funciona correctamente, me gusto el sitio de configuracion multicraft lo unico que falta esque hubiese un poco menos de lag y mas hosts como canada montereal para servidores

I had a good experience with this host as a customer, but they need to improve their host by doing some simple things and im sure that they will be successful with that. I hope that they get more attention and more help
