My Experience
My experience with TheMinecraftHosting had a couple of ups but just enough downs to unbalance the experience to a worse side. At first I had a few issues that were resolved within 1 hour. Then I had no issues at all until they decided to do maintenance which is understandable, but they could have warned their clients in advance. Later on I had another issue that was with the Multicraft being so slow and terrible. I opened a support ticket and got a response in under 20 minutes. They told me to use an FTP software like filezilla to access the server files. That ended up working, for the most part. Now recently, my players have come across an issue with connection. Which I am 50% sure is a hosting issue, I contacted support by opening a ticket and they did not respond till over a day later. They told me there was no current issues with the network or node. They said to me to make sure I am running the correct server version and that I have a premium account if online mode is set to true in the server.properties. I made sure of that by checking the jar files and I already knew I bought Minecraft. This didn't resolve the issue so I rate them 2 stars. I am definitely going to switch hosts soon.
