We tried this host out for 8 days, and it was absolutely horrendous. We paid for a dedicated IP, priority support, and did not receive either on purchase. Out of 6 support tickets submitted to their team, only 3 were ever answered. When they were answered, it was well over 24 hours. The other 3 they deleted without responding to. It took them 8 days before they gave the dedicated IP, and that was only because we requested a refund then. At this point, They also began deleting support tickets on us, specifically the original ones requesting a refund as well as those in which they did not respond to period. Then when we filed a refund through our bank, they lied and said we had used their services for 2 weeks, and refused to give a refund for their lack of delivery on said services. Do not use these guys. You will not receive what you paid for, and then they’ll delete your tickets on you if they know they’re failing to provide services period. There are far better options out there for an equivalent or better price.

Nunca compreis un hosting a esta empresa. Es un puto timo. Yo me gasté 15 euros en un servidor. Y cuando entré con 3 amigos, se crasheo, así 5 veces consecutivas. Iba fatal, muy laggeado. Escribí a la compañía y me dijeron que no me iban a reembolsar. ESTUVE 15 DIAS EXPLICANDOLES QUE ME TENIAN QUE REEMBOLSAR POR MOTIVOS LEGALES. Al final, denuncie el caso a PAYPAL y me devolvio el dinero Paypal (no ellos). Paypal va a investigar esta compañía y espero que les cierren la cuenta, y que les denuncien.

Lo peor, servicio pesimo, facturas duplicadas y servidores caidos cada dos por tres. Quereis mas detalles. Esta “empresa” dice que te vende ddos cpu premium y soporte premium tu lo pagas todo con premium, pagas 39€ y aunque luego pagues el unlimited de todo te pasan la factura a mitad de mes con 39€ de nuevo en lugar de descontar lo que ya has pagado.

I don't care what these fake 5 star rating people say, support is slow its always been for me, the frequently delete your support tickets if its seems like it would be any actual work, they never read your tickets fully and only ever give you answers that are never longer than 10 words, even if you've exhausted all options from your end and you've told them they continue trying to get you to fix it yourself, The only way to stop them from billing you is to cancel it directly on PayPal, Running 16GB RAM on a tiny server and it uses well over 80% all the time, CPU always running at 100% and a ton of tick rate loss, Refunds are only available to people who give them good reviews, My panel and server kept going down till they fixed it for like 2 weeks straight, Server randomly receives a stop command shutting it down even though I'm not doing it and am the only one other than the host itself that can do it, They nearly instantly delete any ticket that criticizes them, their ticket system is trash, they give you the option to attach files, but no matter what file you try to attach: zip. jpg, png, exe, .jar it always says I'm not allowed to send those kinds of files... Need I go on because I can keep on all day if need be

El peor hosting del planeta, el procesador que usan es una basura, servidores caidos cada dos por tres, un sopòrte sin experiencia, estafan y cobran facturas repetidas, tienen un anti DDOS que no protege ni un ataque con cmd, te ponen a disposicion addons que luego no funcionan como cpu priority o 2gbit + de conexion, que luego entras y tienes la misma, no aconsejo nada de nada este hosting.

El peor hosting que se puede contratar, no dan lo que contratas, contrate un servidor de 12gb con todos los addons añadidos,cpu priority,anti ddos, +2gbit mas de conexion y soporte premium, mi sopresa recibo in ddos a mi server y el servidor con 5000ms les escribo un tiket y responten a las 9h(soporte premium 10$) con la respuesta que sin ddos el servidor seguiria caido , 5h de ataque sin poder usar el servidor, valla ddos. Y luego me cobran una factura dos semanas antes y no me quieren devolver el dinero.

Soporte nefasto (ni se os ocurra comprar nada en esta web), hace unas semanas contratamos un servidor de 10GB con varios addons como CPU Priority, Soporte premium, y anti-ddos garantizado, bien, pues ni hay ninguna mejoría en el servidor, ni responden antes (y cuando responde son respuestas cortas que no sirven PARA NADA) y el anti-ddos, para nuestra sorpresa, falso, ya que al día siguiente de contratar todo, 5 horas con más de 4000ms que hacían que el servidor fuera injugable (volvían las respuestas cortas y que no solucionan nada). Por último, la gota que colmó el vaso, nos pasan una factura 2 semanas antes con el importe DOBLE de lo que realmente teniamos contratado, ponemos un ticket informando, no responden. Visto lo visto la única forma de hacer que respondan es golpeando en la única cosa que les importa EL DINERO. Reclamamos a PayPal, y a los dos minutos de hacer la reclamación, nos llegaron todo tipo de amenazas por parte de "theminecrafthosting" además de seguir reclamando dicha factura (que en ningún momento íbamos a pagar porque no queríamos seguir otro mes más). Finalmente, como no hicimos caso a sus amenazas nos cerraron el servidor (con aún 14 días de servicio vigente) y perdimos todos los archivos. Si tenéis, el mismo problema que nosotros, DENUNCIAD a esta cosa llamada "empresa" o seguirá estafando a la gente. Por supuesto que no recomiendo comprar nada que venga de esta página, por muchos bots que usen para buenas opiniones no van a dejar de ser lo que son, una banda de LADRONES.
