Es el host más pésimo que he contratado, el servicio es una basura, el soporte es lamentable, tardan días en responder un ticket, los servidores tienen una performance horrorosa, siempre van lag, es totalmente un scam, un host gratuito va mejor que esta tostadora hosteada en un sótano, el host más lamentable de lejos

pésimo servicio, el plan me decía que podía mantener a 20 personas pero apenas entraban 3 y ya iba lag, para nada recomendado.

Super mal el trato,yo estoy en el grupo de discord de isaac caceres y jugaba en el server de el y si es totalmente cierto lo que dice ya que he visto las capturas de pantalla de esas conversaciones y el sopporte pasaba totalmente del problema y pa colmo cerraron su ticket sin tan si quiera dignarse a buscarle una solucion mi recomendacion no perdais vuestro dinero en este host

Nunca pero nunca contrateis un host con esta compañia super mal el soporte,he tenido un problema que no me iba ningun comando del minecraft base y no me lo solucionaron de hecho les escribi varias veces un ticket y no me leyeron mi problema ya que me preguntaban cosas que les decia en el ticket,ni me escucharon y para colomo el ticket lo cerraron nunca compreis aqui super mal yo de hecho les reclame el dinero ya que nunca pude jugar en mi servidor por culpa de este problema pesimo el trato y el soporte ni te escucha.

I purchased a 4gb minecraft server and ran like it had 500mb ram. sent in a ticket and never heard back. lying company stay away.

Updated Review Where to begin first of all do not buy from them that would be a massive mistake they cap your upload size down to 2MB unless you use a FTP software to upload the files from your pc directly into the DB which is a stupid design and lazy! They also don't automatically check for updates so unless you know how to use an FTP this is going to be a chore for you also having to manually check for updates on all plugins since they don't have an installer that checks for anything. They also share your paid hardware with other peoples servers who also paid for the same as you but the problem is that if a server takes up too much resources it will lag your server they also resell duplicate IPs so be very aware. Example: This host: CPU IDLE 45% Memory IDLE 65% Good Host: CPU IDLE 1% Memory 8% Keep in mind too that the good host has weaker specifications than the server i rented from this vendor so how come my crappy server runs more efficiently? Customer service is terrible no response at all! And getting a refund is going to be hard you if you've just been scammed and paid via paypal this is what you do... 1. Create Dispute 2. Escalate Claim 3. Don't bother talking to them get the paypal rep asap to get your refund quickest. 4. Explain situation and link them to this trust-pilot page. *NEVER CLOSE DISPUTE THEY WILL ASK YOU* Don't worry as long as you submitted the refund request within 24 hours of time purchased there's nothing they can say that could void your refund unless you close the dispute again never do that big no-no. They fought me for almost a month I already knew they were going to lose but found it rather hilarious that they thought they had a case that's why reading the TOS is very important makes you look less stupid. When you sign up for a merchants account you agree when accepting money that you must comply with Paypal's Terms Of Service your made up policies are voided at this point "No Refund" doesn't apply to Paypal my god if you're going to scam people be smart about it guess you're too used to dealing with push overs eventually it's going to bite you in the bung. Still not convinced? Check those 5 star reviews very closely and tell me you can't spot all the fake ones there are duplicate posts under multiple accounts with 1 reviews can you find it and report it? My message to this so called company... I cringed a little calling you guys a company btw and that's because you guys are complete scum bags I can only imagine how mad you are that I got my refund and that makes me happy I shall continue the lords work

Desde que elegí el host pues pense tomar la decision mas adecuada por que en su publicidad decia el mejor host de minecraft, terrible decision, se ha caido 10 veces en los 15 dias que llevo usandolo y mis jugadores se han cansado y han abandonado el servidor en su mayoria, el staff del host nisiquiera ha sido capaz de responderme o darme la cara.
