Stay away from this hosting service. I purchased a server for my friends and I to play but decided within 24hours to submit a ticket to request a cancelation and refund of my service. I did not get a response for 48 hours. I say 48 hours because they wouldn't have responded to me ever. They decided to respond to me only when I bring up a dispute on paypal. In the dispute they said that its been more than 24 hours so they cannot refund me. This website is a huge scam.

It's a real scam. I hired a 6Gb minecraft server on February 2. It was working for 2 days and after it went down, according to them... "the node I'm on has gone down", I have written 2 tickets and none have been answered, I also talk to them via live chat and I don't they answer me 4 days without a server, I have requested a refund on PayPal and we will see how it resolves. Disastrous service, attention and customer care. I do not recommend it at all because once you give them the money, they ignore you and make excuses. A node does not take so long to build because I work in server maintenance and I know that it is not like that.

Hi there, if your server is not starting correctly that means that you have a problem with the server files that you are trying to run. Currently we don't have any node down and we provide 99% of uptime. Our ticket response is under 2-3 hours for the past weeks.
