This is based on Louisville, KY, locations and experiences. The Millenia Companies do NOT pay their invoices to contractors. There are currently multiple unpaid accounts for at least the past two years. Please be aware if they try to contract you for anything, especially landscaping/lawncare. You will NOT get paid. This is a trend with them hiring someone new every year or for every new job as needed. They cannot reuse anyone because they will not continue to work unpaid. I would hate for another locally owned business to fall victim to them.

My complaint is that a Knoxville based apartment complex manager stated they are no longer a section 8 or income based complex when the Live Millennia site shows different. Back in early Fall Rhianna Tarver told me she would try to find housing resources for me. I just thought my application was trashed over what I though would remain on a section 8 wait list.
