When my dog was diagnosed with cancer, I was referred to Nick for his knowledge of crystals. I was hoping to find something that would help us with healing. I reached out via email after looking over his website. Basically, I wrote him 3 times over several days and when I finally did receive a response which was certainly not professional nor respectful. I really am not sure what the problem was and I shared my confusion with Nick the owner. He proceeded to insult me further and I moved on immediately without spending a dime. I may not know what his actual problem is/was, I know I do not want to spend money at a place owned by Nick Richards.
