Dear Robin, We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. We also sincerely regret that you did not manage to enjoy the greatest experience possible while utilizing our platform. We are a premium dating platform and we are working hard to prevent any scam activity and create a secure space for communication. That is why, we carefully approve validated members to be registered on our website. Their profiles are not confirmed unless we see their verification documents. In case, a member gives rise to our suspicion, we may take additional steps to verify the profile, this, of course, makes it much harder for unscrupulous people to create fake accounts. Please note that all the registered customers set their profiles, upload their photos and fill out the information there themselves. Surely, each member uses the website at their own discretion and personal desire, so it is up to you and your friend to choose the communication channel they prefer. We would kindly ask you to contact us through chat or via email at [email protected] with the specifics of any unpleasant experiences, and we will do all in our power to resolve them. Sincerely, Support Team TheLuckyDate
