They Rescheduled, No Reply to Refund Request
I bought a ticket, knowing I could make it on the day it was originally planned for. They canceled for a fire warning. My girlfriend requested a refund immediately, and they failed to provide one, even months later. I requested a refund around 20 days before the event (which is now a water lantern festival - not what I signed up for) because of a scheduling conflict. When you reschedule an event, you should allow refunds. The complete lack of responses from the team (after 2 weeks for me and months for my girlfriend) is pathetic.
