I am totally taken back by both Nikki and Janelle. They both have been absolutely phenomenal to work with, I love that they have a sense of humor and they just don't think that I'm just some old lady paying them to take care of some of my bills. I cannot thank them for everything that they've done for me, they've totally made me feel comfortable with your company made me comfortable with myself and lets me get on with things that I do have to pay that I can't put through your company unfortunately. I'm not quite sure how I found your company, but I am ever so happy that I did.
