We worked directly with Sujal throughout the entire project, from the onboarding call all the way through to offboarding, and the experience was seriously solid. From the first call it was obvious he actually understands email for MRR/subscription brands. He walked us through the full process in Figma, how he thinks about the customer journey, retention, habit formation and the overall flow structure, and it was pretty much exactly how we believe this should be approached. What we appreciated most was that the work was already strong from the start. We obviously had feedback and specific preferences for our brand, but Sujal always understood the feedback immediately and implemented it properly without endless back and forth. Communication was easy, he knows what he’s doing, and you can tell this isn’t just another generic email agency applying the same template to every brand. Very happy with the collaboration and the final setup. Would definitely recommend Sujal and his team to any serious MRR or subscription brand looking for someone who actually understands the model.
