App unobtainable
I bought this jigsaw at Christmas for my granddaughter. Sadly it is not interactive nor is the app available. I contacted the company 12/1/25 but they could not help unless I could locate an order number (I did not order directly from them so couldn’t) and offered us access for 3 months to a paid app. This was just disappointing all round. I won’t purchase from this company again.
