ThehydrojugReviews of thehydrojug.com

Terrible service. In their website it was written 3-5 working days of delivery. After placing order, waited 7 days then tried to reach the customer service to get an update. They didn’t respond until I reported dispute thru my bank. Terrible service. Not satisfied at all. I haven’t received my product yet. Still showing they need 14 more days to deliver. Not recommended at all.

Still not received the product. Customer service is awful and refusing to refund me my money. So no bottle and no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it’s fake

This was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The HydroJug was ordered as a Christmas gift and was not opened until after Christmas . Upon opening and preparing to wash it for first use, I noticed large dents and scratches that were clearly present before use. When I contacted customer support, I was told they could not replace the damaged item because the original stickers had been removed, even though they were taken off only for cleaning before the damage was noticed. Support explained that without photos showing the stickers still attached, they would not file a claim — regardless of the item being unused or the timing of the gift. There was no flexibility or exception offered, even after explaining that this was a Christmas gift and the damage was discovered immediately upon opening. The experience felt very policy-driven rather than customer-focused. This experience has turned me off from purchasing from them again.

I ordered on March 8th, I received a confirmation email and that was all… nothing else. I started with emails and messages on March 11th ( no phone number available) and I decided to dispute the credit card charge on March 13th. I definitely not recommend this company.
