LAFROMLI
Deceptive color description and title
I purchased a clip-on extension in the color 60W White Blonde. I didn't choose this by the color photo, I chose it by it's 'name'. When it arrived, it was packaged in cellophane with a sticker on it that said 60w white blonde. However, it was a very, very bright yellow! I contacted the company. I received an email giving me a return authorization, I returned the item and have not received any notifications. This is a deceptive practice when you are labeling something that is clearly bright yellow as white. I had to pay shipping to get it and I had to pay shipping to return it. Don't buy from these people. There are better companies out there!
