I would avoid doing business with these people
I would avoid doing business with this company. To start, they contacted me out of the blue through unsolicited messages trying to sell me custom apparel. Despite that, I decided to give them a chance and placed an order for several custom jackets and shirts for my company. The experience went downhill immediately after payment. Before the sale, they responded within minutes. After the order was placed, communication almost completely stopped. Weeks went by with no production updates, no shipping confirmation, and no proactive communication. I had to reach out repeatedly just to get a response. When I finally did hear back, I was given excuse after excuse: * “I’m in a meeting.” * “I’ll send it in 20 minutes.” * “It will be delivered today or tomorrow.” * “There was a shipping department mistake.” * “UPS mixed up two addresses.” * “We’ll send you pictures tomorrow.” None of those promises were ever kept. They also provided inconsistent and contradictory shipping information. At different times they claimed: * The order was already delivered. * It was out for delivery. * It was still on the way. * UPS had mixed up the address. * It would be intercepted and resent. When I contacted UPS directly, they could not verify that any package addressed to me was on the way. Every time I asked for proof, I received another excuse or an unrelated screenshot instead of clear documentation. I’ve attached screenshots of the conversations so others can judge for themselves. At this point I reported the transaction to my credit card company and filed the appropriate fraud complaint. If this company had simply communicated honestly about delays, I would have understood. Instead, I spent days chasing updates while receiving conflicting stories and promises that were never fulfilled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
