Returns process nightmare!
Returns process nightmare! I have ordered from this boutique before and everything went ok as I had kept item. I ordered a cardigan in October and needed to return. Very difficult to get a reply from them and eventually they replied to my Instagram message to state who to return to. Following the return being received I heard nothing. Finally someone replied to say it had been received outside the 7 day return period. I received on 15th October and messaged them on 19th. They didn't respond until 23rd and I returned on 25th following their reply to my mesage. My issue is it doesn't state anywhere 7 day return plus this contravenes the consumer contracts regulations which gives buyers 14 days to return. They offer a replacement item but I would like a refund as per my rights. Still no reply from them despite taking advice from consumer council and following their instructions. It's very disappointing. Edit 6.12.24 girls wardrobe eventually got back to me and have provided full refund. They explained they have a new online purchase system and have improved it to ensure information on returns is clearer and within legal requirements of consumer protection legislation.
