I placed an order and needed it for Christmas. I have been emailing this people daily to get an ETA and I haven't got an answer. I email them to cancel my order and still waiting. I haven't received my money or my order. There is no phone number to call and as stated before they don reply to their emails. I go to track my order and it just says that it is stil being processed even after the 3 days they state it takes to process. Total disappointment and I just wasted my money

This review is from thegiftnecklace.com i ordered this necklace now 11 days ago. Still only the payment confirmation email no true tracking number and when i track order by email keeps showing a message that states the necklace is still being processed and an email will be sent to notify me when its on the way. However when i placed order it said give 3 days to process....ive given 11 and still not processed.. Im just hoping i didnt get scammed i found this link on facebook-_- after i wrote a review last night this morning i got an email with a tracking number stating could be another 5 to 15 days.
