ThegiftnecklaceReviews of thegiftnecklace.com

I just want to thank God something led me to have to come back to the site today to finish my order. I was about to order "6" picture necklaces, in color, to be worn long as dog tags which was the most expensive way to go! Thank You...Thank You...Thank You...for all of your reviews. I would have been out alot of money not to mention no Christmas gifts!!!!

Cheap product from China. Bracelet came in defected. Emailed them and they said it cost them too much money to make a new one they can only offer 5 dollar refund when I spent 45 for it. Horrible company. Please spread the word do not spend your money

I ordered my necklace 3/27/17 and still have not received ,now it's 4/27/17 I'm pi..ed TFO, they are scammers . Still say it's being processed. Tracking # don't work. They respond to my emails when they feel like it. Giving excuse . SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Thieves!!!! Ordered a necklace on January 9. No necklace fake tracking number and they won't answer my emails . Do not buy from them !!!!

If I can give a minus five star (-5), I definitely would. I placed an order and the payment was made, but receive no confirmation email afterward. When I tried to contact them to track my order, they don't care about my concern. See the email exchange below: I placed an order yesterday using this same email "zin********@gmail.com," but I receive no confirmation of any kind whatsoever after the payment was made. This is what it shows on your website when I try to track my order "Sorry! The system can not find the order number! Please confirm your order number!" How am I suppose to track my order or even confirm that I place that order when there's no kind of receipt email after the payment was being made? The order I placed was a necklace with gold plate extra $2.00 and which should say "S******, D*****." I am expecting your reply to resolve this issue, otherwise, I will have to call my bank to cancel this order and have the negative review of your site. Please, be prompt. This is what it appears on my bank statement. THEGIFT-JEWELRYMerchandise...2159 $44.84 And they replied this: hello. Please, you tell me your order number. because I cant found your order information through this mailbox and name we will do further processing after that. And I replied this: I did not receive any email after payment was being made. I've got no trace of my order information. My question is shouldn't I receive anything in my email after I place an order? After that, they don't even reply to me anymore. And my bank told me that I will have to wait about three months to get my money back, I know that it's not whole a lot of money but what I'm most angry about is that the service that they are providing. Very irresponsible.

Its been over a month since I ordered my necklace. Still has not been shipped. Replies to my emails take 3 to 4 days and always and excuse. If I want a refund according to the website there is a 30% restocking fee. No contact number which is guess is because they are based out of the states. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered a personalized necklace on Feb. 6th. It stated to give 3-5 days to process. It's now Feb. 14th but still nothing. No email or anything, only the confirmation email stating they took the money. And I can't find a phone number anywhere to contact them. Every time I go to track the package it states that it's still being processed. Is this even a real company? Hoping I didn't get scammed out of $40 bucks!

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I ordered an engraved bracelet on January 26, I emailed them 5 minutes later saying I wanted to cancel when I saw these bad review and noticed they were from China. I received an email back saying it was the Chinese New Year so no one would be able to return my email till after February 2nd. They emailed me back and said that I cannot return my order because I placed the order too long ago. The person that I have been emailing with has been very rude and states that company policy says that they cannot return my order because it's been more than 24 hours. Which is bull crap because I emailed them 5 minutes after I placed the order. The person that I am emailing says that he/she can only return 70% of my money because they need to charge me a restocking fee. However it states on the website that if you cancel within 12 hours for free besides the currency rate. If your thinking of ordering from this company think again. They have no phone number on there website or I would be speaking with a manager like yesterday! This company should be shut down.
