Don't waste your money
Ordered my wife two items for X-mas & here it is the 28th & no merchandise. I've sent multiple emails with no response. What a sorry excuse for a company. Gonna take steps to get my money back.

I placed my order on 10/31/17 and didn't receive it until today, 12/27/17. It looked great and I was willing to forgive the completely unacceptable shipping circumstances...until it broke. I opened the package, briefly admired the necklace, put it on and had it on for a total of 3 hours, went to scratch my neck and the chain broke. The only thing more frustrating than not receiving your merchandise is waiting 2 months for it, only to find out its poorly made trash.

Still waiting..
I ordered my items (3) for my daughters and mother in law for christmas.. I have been seeing them on facebook and I never order online EVER!!! but I said let me try it... and i am still waiting.. the order number doesnt work and I still have not got a reply to my emails sent.. i will be filing a chargebak if my items dont show up soon.. SMh

Ordered SCAM
Ordered my necklace on Dec 12th and it's now Dec 26th and still nothing. I'm going to report to my bank and get my money back. Don't buy from them!

5 weeks no product but they took their …
5 weeks no product but they took their money fast enough! I saw the ad on Facebook so I am reporting them there as well as FTC! Update: I filed a dispute with VISA about the charges. THE NEXT DAY I get notified my item has shipped! BUT that was 5 days ago and it's been sitting CHINA, FUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in FUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 7:02 pm on January 3, 2018.

I was also scammed
I was also scammed. But I would like to ask anyone else who received product if there was an address on the package. I really would like my money back but I'm more interested in getting them shut down. Have a partial address and 2 different phone numbers. Any other info would be great. Also, go to the FTC and file a report.

Also scammed
Also scammed, took the money and did not ship item. It has been 6 weeks almost 7 and no response from company! Can't even get my money back. I will contact the better business bureau.
