Thanks for your feedback. We looked up your order and it has been automatically delivered to the email address that was provided to us. We do have on record that we responded to your emails concerning this issue but we never received a reply back letting us know if you had located your license or not. We will be contacting you by email to resolve this and help you get your missing license code. Update as of 3/1/2023: We've tried to contact you to make sure you have received your license code and have also included the license code in the emails as well. We have received no response from customer.

Hello Kevin, Thanks for reaching out. Two emails were sent out, one confirming the order and one with the license code and download link on Aug. 21. Sometimes the email containing the license code and download link can end up in your spam folder depending on you email settings. We sent out another email containing the license code and download link again. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you haven’t received it.

Kevin, We're sorry you were not able to find your link and activation code. It was sent out immediately after your purchase on 7/31. Sometimes it can end up in your spam folder. We sent out another email with the download link and activation code just a bit ago just to be sure. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're sorry your experience wasn't a positive one. We do have a fraud protection system in place to cut down on fraudulent orders that do happen from time to time. It appears that your orders were incorrectly flagged. This is an unusual circumstance that shouldn't happen and we are taking measures to stop it from happening again. To make up for your poor experience we will be sending you a discount code by email for an additional percentage off any order with no limitations.
