Superb Customer Service! An item arrived damaged. I contacted The French Farm in the evening and Helene Labat, the General Manager, responded first thing the next morning. She sent out a return label and replacement item immediately. In today’s business world, poor customer service is the norm. Helene and The French Farm provided excellent customer service and because of that, I will be a loyal repeat customer. I am placing another order this week. Thank you Helene and The French Farm!
