The French FarmReviews of thefrenchfarm.com

The order was shipped on a timely basis and everything arrived in good condition. My only negative comment relates to one of the item contained in this order: The Petits Sables by Goulibeur are absolutely tasteless -- a real disappointment as I have ordered a different brand (don't remember which brand) in the past and the cookies were excellent. I tried the Goulibeur this time because they were discounted due to "over stock". The container is the only good part of this product.

Great customer service: if something happens (which is rare in my experience) the customer service rep solves the issue to my satisfaction; the reps are friendly, yet professional; and you can reach a rep relatively quickly compared to other online sellers. And the product selection is superb and the prices reasonable.

Great products, thoughtfully packaged and protected, and fast shipping. Will be re-ordering!

The French Farm provided excellent service and shipped my item in a professional and timely manner. In addition the French Farm sent a free sample of one of their other products for sale. Impressive online experience.

Fast ship, beautifully packaged with a few taste treats in the box. Superb communication front and back. Will happily do business again.

I ordered two jars of Dijon Mustard from your website. Both jars were packed so that they would not break in the mail. My wife and I have opened one and enjoy using it in salads and sandwiches. I really like being able to buy a Dijon Mustard without having to travel all the way to Dijon, France. The internet is great!

Love those Anis de Flavigny candies. Lots of intriguing flavors and only 5 calories. You have a great variety. They were delivered quickly.

I was able to find a particular Ibiza salt in shakers, which I’ve not been able to get anywhere else! My purchase was securely packaged and sent to me within a few days. Very much appreciated!
