Like others, they took my money via PayPal and then just the run around. Never a shipment. Fake tracking numbers. I do not think they have masks at all. It’s just a scam. If you follow-up with PayPal, you can get a refund. You have to hound PayPal about it though. PayPal should not allow HLN to use the payment platform. Payment should be allowed only upon shipment, like other online vendors. From now on, in all of my business dealings, I will not do business where they ask for payment before shipment.

I ordered a chicago cubs mask for my husband on May 2, 2020. I wasn't concerned about the delay for the first few weeks. I received an immediate confirmation and HLN pay pal confirmation (their pay pal account) I have emailed this company many times and no response. No tracking number. No phone number and no shipment. I have tried repeatedly. Today I called AMEX to have them investigate this business, refund my funds through dispute resolution, and then place a "Merchant Block" on my account so this company can't recharge me. AMEX is aware of this company because there have been multiple complaints and customers wanting their funds returned. Save yourself a headache and do not order anything from this company. This is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They advertise nice things, but don’t ship anything! I ordered 2 face masks over a month ago. I emailed them, with no response. A tracking number was given to PayPal, not me, and it was a shipment from China that went nowhere. I was able to get a refund from PayPal, but I’m sure they will end up having to eat the cost. Terrible company!!!

Company not worth one star! Ordered a mask a month ago and still haven't received it! Got an email with a tracking number that doesn't work and emailed three times to check on the order with no reply! Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Ordered a mask over three weeks and the tracking number was invalid. Never buy from this company, wrote several times to see where my order was and they did not have the decency to answer, NOT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY

Place an order and they will provide an estimated delivery date - asks numerous times and refuses to cancel the order. You do this need.
