Like many others, I ordered a few face masks from this website. I placed my order on May 31st, 2020. The money was taken out of my PayPal account immediately upon clicking the purchase button. It is now 3.5 months later and I have still not received the items. I have sent numerous emails to the support email address (as this is the ONLY means of contacting them via their website), and I have also attempted to contact them through PayPal (which I don't think will do any good), and all of my efforts to contact them have been ignored. I find it very disrespectful and unprofessional that a company simply takes my money and ignores my requests to find out where my purchased items are. If I could give any star rating, it would -5 as this is absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I will be telling everyone I know, NOT to go near this website.

Very Bad, I ordered an item and received it damaged, I sent numerous emails and even sent pictures of the damage, they don't even respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Like many on here I ordered a face mask back in July, emailed them last week to check status and haven't heard from them. I should have checked the reviews out before using them! Will try get a refund but not holding my breath.

Where's my F**KING mask mother f***ers order OVER a month ago for one "REBEL FLAG" how hard is to send one mask out if I DON'T receive it soon I will get a LAWYER & I want my money back & the product & or just refund my money

Horrible customer service. My order was processing on July 19th, already has been paid for, and I have reached out to them 3 times asking about the product and shipping details. I have heard nothing. I will get my money back one way or another. Do not order from this place if you want your items in a timely manner or within the year.....

I placed an order back in April. I was charged and still haven’t received my item. I reached out to them 3 times with no response. Time to get my money back through other means.

I've sent 4 letters through their website and 3 through email requesting a tracking number and have received nothing. I lost! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! I never fill out responses but this was the last straw.

Awful company. Product didn't ship until weeks after ordering and only when I sent an email asking where it was. I requested numerous times to cancel the order, but they shipped it anyway. When it arrived, the quality of the item was terrible. I reached out several times to request a return with no response. Finally had to do a chargeback through my credit card. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from here.
