I found Jake on Instagram in 2019 and after watching his live videos that he would put on I was ready to take the plunge into real estate investing. As someone who had zero experience in real estate and no mentors to look to, this program was exactly what I needed. Jake explained the flipping business in concise terms that were easy to explain and understand. He walks you through the entire process and shows his students every aspect of flipping a house or turning it into a BRRRR. Unlike many other real estate investing courses he explains the steps necessary to get funding through hard loans and through gap funders and even provides easy to use templates to bring to investors. These templates show your investors that you have already done your due diligence when pricing out a deal and give a sense of professionalism that can help you secure more money and/or better rates for loans. The real gold nugget in this whole program are the calculators that Jake has built in excel. They allow students to accurately price out a deal before jumping into it to see if they will be profitable, I can not emphasize enough how helpful this tool has been. This course requires hard work and is it not designed for someone who just expects a property to fall in their lap, it takes dedication to find the right market, run the numbers and remove emotions from their decision making process. But for the right person this course can help someone succeed in their real estate career, other real estate investors charge 2, 3 5X what this course costs, you are getting a life changing deal if you are willing to put in the hard work.

I joined Jake’s program because I had construction management experience and I wanted to translate that into flipping houses. Jake’s program kept popping up in my Instagram feed so I scheduled a call to see what it was all about and if I’d get my money out of it. After the intro call I pulled the trigger and joined the program. The course is awesome. It’s very detailed with good structure and sequencing. Tons of information with examples, spreadsheets, scripts to talk with everybody you would need to. And if you don’t understand something, you can shoot Jake and email and he will get back to you with a personalized video walking you through the answer. No better customer service exists. The best part about the program is honestly a side effect of the program. The Flip Fam. All of Jake’s mentees, are essentially a family. We ask and answer questions, we support each other, and we even partner on deals. I honestly haven’t flipped a single house, but I’ve made money in Jake’s program. A few members of the flip fam were looking for funding for a deal, I had some extra cash, so I helped fund the deal and made interest once the flip was complete. I didn’t even know this was possible until I joined Jake’s program.

Jake did a great job of being active as possible with communicating and being hands on when available. My guy Grant knows how to work magic via the telephone.

The Flip Fam program is an excellent program for individuals seeking an entry point into the world of real estate. Its comprehensive curriculum, knowledgeable instructors, interactive learning approach, and practical applications make it a valuable investment of time and resources. Thanks to the Flip Fam I started my financial independence route, highly recommended the course. Having English as my second language made me fear the process, I have struggle and even still learning. However, I can count with Jake and the entire group to be there to support me and give me the platform I need to get to my next level.

Its been a great experience so far. Still going through the videos, but they are very informative, and clearly explained. Jake responds to questions quickly as well.

Jake is awesome and so is his course. I was able to follow his course and accomplish everything he pitches. I had 0 previous real estate experience and completed 2 successful flips. I'm currently on my 3rd one. A lot of phony gurus out there but Jake is the real deal. If you are ready to put in the work, I highly recommend his course.
