One thing I like about flip secrets is the respect & generosity everyone has for one another. The community is well connected and committed to getting work done, from gap funders to hard money lenders. All have been very responsive & helpful in fair time frame. I haven't been in the telegram lately... but the discord channel can help you sort out contacts in finding what you need to complete a fix & flip successfully. All the videos jake has put together for this course is very effective and informative. he's not afraid to be himself or answer any questions you may have for him threw Instagram DM. If your just getting started in the flipping world or have done a few or even more than a few, I still recommend getting involved in the flip community as it can help you scale what you're already doing or even give you access to more Resouces that you can capitalize on.
