Jacob taught me something about real estate i didnt find out on my own. I could do this from anywhere just being me and looking up different places. I felt like i could have been started my journey years ago with just a few things to implement.

My wife and I joined Flip Secrets in 2024 after doing a ton of Reddit research about Jake and cold calling strangers who had paid for the program. Everything was positive so we moved forward. I can say without hesitation that the program gives you the right information, confidence and resources needed to be successful flipping a house. They will not do the work for you but they'll teach you how to do the work and you put in the effort. We purchased a home out of state, completed the project and sold it for a profit. Doesn't get any better than that. We highly recommend the program if you want to learn how to flip and are willing to put in the work!

Great for helping to get you started with the basic understanding of house flipping. The people in the community are great and helpful as well. The only improvement in my opinion would be to figure in one on one 1 hr mentor zoom meetings. But all in all they are fantastic.

How in depth the lessons are. Jake gives you a lot of examples throughout the class. It doesn't stop at the master class. The discord community just keeps on giving far as the knowledge.

What truly stood out in the Flip Secrets Masterclass was how effortlessly the material was presented. The instructor, Jake, broke down complex concepts in a relatable, down-to-earth way that made everything easy to grasp, even for beginners. The hands-on assignments throughout the course were a brilliant touch. They gave me the chance to immediately apply what I was learning, which helped reinforce the knowledge and build real confidence. And the live mentor calls? Invaluable. The mentors are incredibly supportive, always responsive, and never make you feel like any question is too basic. Their insights have been a huge help in navigating the early stages of this journey. If you're new to real estate investing and want a clear, practical, and encouraging learning experience, this masterclass is a fantastic place to start.

The subject are explained into details with examples. The fact that I can go back and listen to the lesson again make it a great addition . There is no dull moment watching the lesson. I have all the information needed to be successful.

Taking this Masterclass has changed my life, gave me a new hope and a new beginning where I can build a legacy. One thing I can suggest is to update few info into today’s market. Besides that was the best decision I had made.

I've had such a great experience with the Flip Secrets program taught by Jake Leicht. The mentorship and support from both the coaches and fellow students have been incredible. Jake is not only extremely knowledgeable about real estate investing and flipping houses, but he's also generous in sharing every step you need to take to succeed. This program truly gives you the tools, confidence, and community to move forward with your dreams. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about flipping homes and changing their financial future!
