Jake made my experience a certain one, no mysteries about it. He teaches you down to the most intricate details of flipping homes and truly enjoys what he does. Hes a go giver through and through!

The resources they have and the video training, they have you watch is pretty informative. I really needed help with finding since I already knew most of what was being taught but they helped in any way they could.

Jake, and Grant and the others really make you feel like family. They want to see you succeed and get good at this. When investing in yourself, you take risk. Look for the quality good character people doing business. The rest are just trying to make a buck. I haven’t landed a deal yet but I will!

Out of all the groups to join, this is by far the best one. Its not just a group- its a family #FlipFam. Everyone involved wants success for all and are willing to go the extra mile to do it. Jake is by far the perfect mentor for me and I’m positive he will be for you too! Its scary to invest in yourself and make such a big commitment, and it’s something that’s understood here at Flip Secrets, but they will uplift you and have your back to make you believe in yourself and the decision you made. The information is straightforward and clear. Jake does an exceptional job in providing a full teaching experience. When you pay for the full package, his one-on-one’s are priceless. You are getting the knowledge from a teacher that is willing to show you the full ropes without holding back.

The course is worth the money. You have to apply yourself mentally and a little physical with staying on tasks and making sure everything is running smoothly and on task. Also, if you have any questions during your learning process Jake responses to you in a very timely manner. If I can do it with no knowledge of where to start and I did a flip in 2022 so can you.

Jakes Classes teach you from A-Z the Do’s AND Do not’s in flipping homes! The tutorials are easy to follow and in perfect order from beginning to end! Be ready because It’s a full course! Be Patient because he covers everything! His response times are great and very personal in answering your questions! I didn’t go to College but after taking this course I feel like I did only this course was teaching me how I can be financially free and enjoy doing it! I love being part of the Flip Family!
