First House Under Contract in 5 Weeks! I thought I would have more time! I started the Flip Secrets program ready for a change and completely devoid of any knowledge of what Real Estate Investing, or more specifically, Flipping Houses entailed. Like everyone, I had watched HGTV shows, like Love It or List It, but didn't know what happened behind the scenes. The Flip Secrets Program wasted no time at all getting right to the nuts and bolts of what makes flipping houses a reality - the Basic Numbers & Relationships! The Masterclass is led by Jake who gives an informative ON TOPIC narrative about the subject matter. Jake and his team of Coaches (Lara, Jonathan, Ryan, Grant and Bridget) are FANTASTIC! Jake turns complicated and complex into interesting, process-based and manageable. He has a way of taking the complexity out of it by introducing tools and a calculation process that, if you follow it step-by-step, you will be successful. I was particularly impressed with the fact that this was not another video series where the instructor just spoke to notes - Jake drew it out, literally, and did the math on the board with you so you have a full understanding of the variety of funding scenarios!!! Talk about Hands On! This Masterclass covered the relationship aspect of investing more than I had heard of in other programs. Of course, we hear about the RE Agent Buyer / Seller relationships, but we rarely hear about the relationships that really are essential to the success of being an Investor like the relationship between the Investor & General Contractor(s) or Investor & Lender(s) or even Investor & Investor Community. The Flip Secrets program community was a vital resource for me during and post training to ask the questions and seek the answers from those who were more experienced. As you can see, I cannot speak highly enough about The Flip Secrets program. Each course is designed to lead into the next and allows the Student to self-pace, so I was able to manage the course around meeting the demands of my family while transitioning to a new career. Overall, it has been an exceptional experience, a great investment in myself and in my future, and I hope to be a Flip Family Member for many years to come.

I am now 2 months into the Flip Family Program and have completed the learning course videos and material that Jake provides. I have 2 properties that are currently under contract and could not have done so without learning the material that was so thoroughly taught in the program. The best part of the Flip Family program, in my opinion, is the one-on- one coach/ coaching calls, the flip family community of all the other Flippers doing the same things and sharing their input on your questions you have throughout any of the process/ or steps you are current on, and the rolodex of contacts you gain from each other in the community. This is honestly why I chose the program over others because of the support you get, the way Jake teaches the process in an easy way to understand EVERY step, and the community!! I would recommend the Flip Family with Jake Leight to anyone considering!!

For me the guidance and step by step help was huge. It gave me confidence following a proven system that mitigated my risk when acquiring properties. Also, the team of coaches is super helpful and always got back to me promptly. Which was appreciated. It's great to have experts in your back pocket at each stage of a flip.

Jake and the Flip Secrets network is really impressive. I'd recommend to anyone and would do it again if I had to start all over. I'm still active in the group and would attribute what I learned to some of my successes. Highly recommend.

I was honestly really skeptical before joining Jake's Flipsecret course but I am so happy I did. They break everything down and helped me every step of the way. The coaches have all flipped multiple houses before and host multiple calls each week where they helped to answer any questions I had and offer encouragement. I've met some really great people through this program and am so thankful I decided to make this investment in myself and this course. I’m always skeptical about online courses. But I’m very happy I invested in this one! Jake is a great teacher and has the team in place to help walk you through how to find, fund, close, and flip properties. You don’t get something for nothing. If you put the time and effort into this course and do the homework and tasks Jake lays out for you, you will absolutely feel confident flipping homes and greatly increasing your income.
