I am all for honest reviews on ay product or service. Most of the time they play a huge factor in my decision to sign up for something o purchase. 6 months ago I decided to purchased FlipSecret, since then I have acquired 5 properties and have a minimal amounts of capital into doing so. Some value into the $600K range. I have been working extremely hard for these results. The difference is that most people want a 10 step instruction list to become millionaire but that is not how it works. FlipSecret system gave us information to cut years off of the learning stages and dove straight into the meat & bone of the real estate investing. I took that and exploited it. FlipSecret is an excellent way to get into the business and to know where to start.

Jake and the Flip Secrets team really are wonderful to work with. We had the best experience with our recruiter (Chris). He explained the steps to get invested in the program and walked along side us to help us get signed up in a seamless fashion. We were then granted a wonderful accountability coach (Eduard). Eduard has answered our 100s of questions and been there any time we needed him (literally)! I have sent him text late at night and him stop what he is doing (even on weekends) to hop on calls with us. I have messaged him through our member's portal random times, and he always gets back to us as quickly as possible. Once in the course modules, we learned quickly that Jake is extremely relatable and explains things in a way that almost anybody can understand and absorb. His story is inspirational as it wasn't always easy for him, but he still put in the work and made it happen. Now he is helping people like us (completely new to real estate) do the same. My husband and I do not regret signing up for this program one bit and are thankful we have access to the Flip Fam for life. There are many wonderful people in the group, and we love learning new things every single day. Nothing in life comes without applying yourself and putting in the work but when you have a team like the Flip Fam, it does seem to be less daunting. We feel supported and guided. We have opened our LLC, Rehome with The Jenkins, and have been putting in offers in multiple markets (yes, out of state deals too!). Only 4 months in... With the tools and learning avenues that this program offers, we know 100% that real estate will be the ticket that gets us out of the monotonous routine of "working for the man" and give us OUR time back for ourselves and our family. If you have ever considered real estate investing but you are on the fence, take the chance. Get out of your comfort zone. MAKE THE INVESTMENT of joining this program. Learned a lot with FlipSecrets. Jake does a great job explaining the process and the business. Best of all is the follow through with mentors and community of other investors on the same path.

This is a good program for learning how to find flip properties across the country! Jake and his team of coaches are dedicated to your success - but you need to be as well!

My experience with Flip Secrets has been amazing so far. We have interacted with so many members and coaches that have kept us motivated and that has provided us with valuable information. Everyone is quick to respond so you don’t feel left alone with lingering questions. Even though you are taking an online masterclass it doesn’t feel like it because we constantly have resources and coaches to help navigate us in the right direction.
