My husband and I decided to join the Flip Secrets Family to get the guidance we needed to be successful in flipping. I am a real estate agent and knew I needed guidance in navigating the house flipping business. I know it is a different mindset and we needed the coaching, and support system. We chose FlipSecrets and Jake because of his approach to doing business. So many investors don’t mind being the only one in the transaction making money. Jake teaches that you should always take care of your partners in the business and we really liked that concept. We have closed on our first house and are just getting started on the renovation. If you follow the training and listen to the coaches you can be successful! Thanks to Jake, our Coach Sam, and the entire Flip Family!

This is a very friendly group of real estate investors that individually have made quite a bit of money in the real estate investment field. They are energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about giving back to others by helping them achieve financial success through flipping houses and commercial properties. They set out a blueprint to give their time to teach, advise, encourage, mentor and coach their students. I have learned from all of them and would recommend this class to anyone who is willing to take the time to learn, implement, follow and invest in themselves to begin/improve a new life journey.

Jake Leicht has created the highest quality real estate investing curriculum program on the market. Allowing you to start from zero to becoming a bona fide fix and flip investor. In addition to creating a wonderful team of investors/lenders/coaches where everyone can dialogue and teach each other about the ins and outs of the real estate investing game. 9 weeks into the course and we have 3 homes under contract to fix and flip. We’ll see how it all goes! So far, money very well spent.

Incredible program to learn how to flip anywhere! Jake gives you a step-by-step recipe that anyone with zero real estate experience can follow. I can get my questions answered immediately from the community and I love getting on the live zoom calls. There is so much support from the community & the resources run deep! My favorite parts (outside of flipping my first house of course!) have been the accountability coaching & the Saturday mindset calls. I'm very grateful to have found this program-- it's really changed the trajectory of my life and opened my eyes to what's possible in real estate in such a short time. Follow the strategy, stay disciplined, and you will be successful!

This program taught me the missing pieces I needed to be able to hedge risk when flipping. Jake teaches in such a simple way that anyone could understand what he is saying and put into practice the things they have learned.
