Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

I cannot say enough good things about the Flip Secrets program. The education curriculum is set up very well for both beginners and experienced real estate investors. The amount of resources they provide in order to answer your questions is probably one of their greatest strengths. There is an entire built in network of people that want to help each other succeed. I would recommend this program to anyone that is interested in real estate investing.

What this company offers is a legit instructional "course" on real estate investing. This program is a one stop shop down to the smallest detail odd all the ins and outs of how to become a successful real estate investor. Furthermore, it teaches you how to become successful without having to spend 40 hours a week or more working to grow your buisness. Getting into real estate is something that I have been wanting to do for almost a decade. I learned some aspects on my own over the years but ultimately I did not know where to start, how to start, what all of the important small details were, and most importantly did not have the funds to start. This program has taught me not only how to start but grow my buisness with no money out of my own pocket. Ding ding ding! This is your golden ticket to start in creating in the real estate!

Easy to digest material. Spoke with Jake a few times with specific issues. Biggest item was community to network with other investors, lenders, teams.

The content really prepares you for every step of the flipping process and eliminates the fears and the unknowns of the flipping business. It has helped me to build the knowledge and confidence I need to take this to full time business. The team at The Flip Secrets are friendly and motivating. Having the community to consult with for questions has been a great resource.

The best group/family and network I ever had working I'm real estate

I have over 30 years of real estate experience and was skeptical joining. It was the best decision I have ever made and just 10 days in the program I already have my first flip. The coaching is amazing!!!

The master class that is given works very well. he explains everything step-by-step to where you can easily understand. I also love the zoom calls. It’s very beneficial if you have any questions you can reach out and ask and also the networking is amazing!

I loved all of the education i received from the Flipsecrets course and from the community within it. This course is exactly what I needed to pull the trigger on something I've wanted to do for a long time. I am still in the process of finishing my first flip, but during these past 3 months I have also purchased two other properties that I'm holding on to as rentals with renters in place and I have two others under contract that will be kept as rentals also. And I'll just keep going!!! Jake covers different strategies including buying and holding, this is not just about flipping. There is so much value in the course. More than I expected! Without this course I would not have known that there are passive real estate investors looking for people like you and I, the ones that enjoy finding the properties, the hunt, the diamond in the rough. We bring them the deals so that they can continue to invest and remain passive investors. We need them just as much as they need us. We do not need to rely on banks! Who knew, right?! The course is very well laid out and easy to understand. There are daily zoom calls with the coaches and an online communitywhere you can communicatewith other students, investors, mentors, coaches. You are NOT alone going through this program! I recommend it to anyone that is interested in learning how to get into real estate investing. Thanks Jake for putting this course together and helping me understand how real estate investing works! Also, thank you to the coaches that have guided me through this and that take the time to answer all of our questions on Zoom calls and in the community forum. Im grateful for all of the knowledge!
