Flip Secret is the best mentorship I…
Flip Secret is the best mentorship I found myself in after going through 2, different others. I am learning everything from beginning to the finish line with the help of coaches on daily. With only 25days in the mentorship I have built confidence to high level that I can close deals before the finish line. Their service is the best they do everything in their power just like they say!!

I love that you have built your confidence here at The Flip Secrets, Dan. Sorry to hear it took you going through 2 other programs before you found the support you were looking for with us, but we are glad you're here now and that we are the right fit for you.

What’s made my experience great is that it was easier than getting licensed to sell insurance.
What’s made my experience great is having my 1 on 1 accountability coach this whole time. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Julia. This program hasn’t prompted any questions for Julia, everything I need to know is in the modules. I’ve been getting mostly guidance from my coach and things to consider in the meantime while I’m going through the modules, and it’s only been helpful! It’s easier to grasp than insurance. I work at an insurance agency. Getting licensed to sell insurance was way more difficult than learning about flipping real estate.

Carlos! We love hearing your experience, thanks so much for taking the time to share it with others. If more people know just how close they were to a completely different life - and that they could take the same amount of work they are already doing, or sometimes less (like you said) and place it into a new direction that took them where they wanted to be - the world would be full of so many more happy, productive, and value-producing people like you.

Really A Lot of Information
I am impressed with the amount of instruction along with the daily and weekly support that we get. Our coach is Julia and she's been extremely helpful. The coaching calls are all top notch and we get access to them 5 days a week. Currently my partners and I are negotiating 3 deals.
Response from Flip SecretsFeb 14, 2024
Congrats on the three deals, Toma! I am so glad you have enjoyed our team's top-notch support. Keep showing up, and keep that momentum going!

Unique and powerful real estate program!
What a unique program! Super cool and I could have never learned all this on my own. It takes some time to work through and wrap your head around but Jake walks us through it step by step with his videos. Thanks again Jake!

Hey Sarah, thanks for sticking with the program and not giving up on yourself! If you just take it one lesson at a time, one action at a time, you can achieve great things!

This is a valuable program
They guide you through the program step by step and provide multiple sources to help you succeed. It is an honor to be a part of a program that works alongside you. Additionally, they offer education throughout the week to answer any questions you may have. To keep your mind on track, they have a mindset Zoom meeting with an inspiring man of God who has the ability to give out valuable insight on becoming successful and pushing you through while feeling weary.

And it's been an honor to serve you, Nowel. Thanks for being part of the Flip Fam!

Follow the course be vigilant and do the work and don't bypass anything.
I have a little prior Real Estate experience but I was always missing that little something, and this course has opened my eyes to that something. If anyone is serious, then this course is for you.
Response from Flip SecretsFeb 14, 2024
Thanks for this Darren! Many people walk away from this program because they believe they already know or have access to a portion of the many things we provide here. While we do offer a lot more than some people with experience may 'need,' someone does need each of the pieces, and that's what matters to us. That "little something," as you called it, is different for each member, but it is the thing that makes the entire program valuable to them in the end. Thanks again for sharing your experience.

Worth It!
I was a bit skeptical and definitely nervous about the ROI being promised through the program. But I pushed through my fears and invested in myself and can definitely say "worth it!" Great content, great community, and especially helpful accountability coaching on the front end... the investment will pay for itself in no time and the connections and relationships made are absolute game changers. Thanks to Jake and team!

Hey Nate, thanks for coming over here and sharing your experience with our program. It is great to see you push through your fears with the help of our supportive staff and community. Everything we say we deliver is right here for anyone willing to accept it, but the ROI comes from the action you take based on what you learn here. Education is nothing without action backing it up! Congrats on delivering your own ROI by taking action and being committed to your goals! You're a rockstar!
