It’s always a risk to take that first step and I’m very ecstatic that I did with Jake and Flip Secrets!! The instruction of the program is excellent and done in a way that anyone can comprehend. Along with the guidance of my coach Lara, I was able to go under contract on my first flip within 6 weeks of the program. I’m excited to be a part of this family and the future!!

My Partner and I are so glad we've joined the Flip secrets family, it was a game changer for our new company. Jake's teaching and the format is so east to understand and follow. It's a lot of information to learn, however, not overwhelming when taking the courses as explained. My expectations were exceeded with all of the added benefits of this program. The connections and networking we've made through this course are extremely valuable just as much as the information and knowledge shared through the courses. We have made more progress with our company in the last 6 weeks, than we have in a year, just by joing this program!

The leadership structure and their organizational systems are on point. They always strive to improve as well. Lots of motivated people wanting to make their systems better. That is hard to get these days

I Started this program 3 weeks ago. And yes I did think it was "too Good to Be Truth" but I have to say it's being great and as I go deeper in to it its getting more exiting; Even that it is a self phase program they keep you focus organize and always following up on your progress, by setting weekly goals with in the Master class Module. I have to say thanks' to Michael, Spencer (looking forward to fund my deal w/you) and to Sam!! my Coach! always following up on me specially on wkly Coaching calls. I'm so anxious to get my 1st deal Soon. Thanks Flip Family!!

I would 100% recommend The Flip Secrets. I’m only 2 weeks in and already feel like I’ve learned so much and am starting to feel ready to dive into my first deal. What I love about the program is that not only in the master class Jake passes on so much knowledge with every minute of each video, but also we have access to a group with mentors and other students, organized with chat rooms for specific things you may need, there are weekly lives, and they provide you with so much sourcing from realtors to investors. Oh did I forget to mention the one-on-one weekly mentorship? This program is a complete handbook to all you need to know about flipping!!! My only disappointment is that I didn’t sign up a couple of years ago when I first came across Jake’s instagram profile. But I am so glad that I finally did and for the first time in my life I know this is the best investment I could have done for myself!!

The Flip Secrets program is the best training program I have ever been a part of. Everyone in the Flip Secrets community has been very helpful and full of information. Julia, my accountability coach is awesome! There are so many resources available to be successful. The masterclass modules are great and Jake really teaches it in a way that anyone could follow and understand. I strongly recommend Flip Secrets to anyone that wants to start in real estate investing!

I’m only two weeks in and have soared through the masterclass, not only because I wanted to but also because the the modules and lessons are very intriguing and it makes you want to keep learning the process. The coaching 1-1 calls and discord weekly calls are just enough and not overbearing. I’m very new being two weeks in and have not completely finished the master class but I have already started looking for deals and just put in a couple offers. Eduard has been a great coach…he keeps you on tasks with your learnings and has been super helpful with tips and tricks that he used along the way and has also put me in touch w some great resources. I highly recommend this course for anyone that is wanting to get in real estate and house flips but you also have to take it serious and be committed bc you must take action.

These guys (Jake and team) are the real deal with an incredible group that will give you all the knowledge and resources you’ll ever need to get into the game and succeed.
