Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

My experience has been fantastic! They literally give you all the resources you need to get started and even more and even if your a seasoned professional I’m real estate there’s still plenty of great connections and content for you to further your knowledge!

This group is not a scam in any way, so put that out of your mind. They have built a solid community of motivated and knowledgeable coaches who are invested in your success. The master class is fantastic and full of lots of great information and everyone of the coaches references the same terms and info taught in the class.

Me and my wife joined Flip Secrets as a couple’s team in late January of this year, and we absolute love it. We’ve learned a lot of different ways to flip in such short time. This is not one of those master classes you might find in other places; buy/sign up and don’t hear from anyone. With Flip Secrets you receive weekly check in calls to see how’s everything going, and you’re inside of a private chat with lots of people from all over, with 24/7 interactions going on. The classes/trainings is at your own pace which is one of the best things about it, especially for those who are 9-5ers.

Everything has been good so far. It was pretty overwhelming at first because there is a lot to learn, but I’m staying the course. Everyone is helpful and works overtime to answer your questions.

I'm not even sure where to start but to say that I wish I had enrolled a little sooner. This mentorship group really lays down the foundation for real estate investment in house flipping through a master course, weekly coaching calls, and a team of flipping masters who hold daily zoom calls for Q&As and idea-sharing. It's the team/community feeling that does it for me, that really keeps me motivated because you are able to share wins, and encourage others to keep going through their losses. It an open community to continuously share ideas, tips and methods. This community is not composed of just the investors, but a whole array of professions who are ready to become part of your investing team ! My primary hesitation was the fear of the unknown, the fear of not being successful, and the fear of not believing in myself enough to actually undertake this journey. However, even that little voice is coached to disappear, and all that is left is a strong level of determination to get work done!

This experience has been fantastic! Being in the real estate space at a corporate level. I love the way the training is structured. The detail to cover each item followed with HW & coaching calls has been a great way to stay on course for me. Sam, is my flip secrets check in coach & I can honestly say she has been amazing as well. Keeping me current on updates, real life real estate situations & a few tips & tricks along the way as well. Sam has been a pleasure to have as a coach.

Been considering real estate investing for several years, when I saw the Flip Secrets program it boiled it down in such a way it did not seem insurmountable to start. More importantly than that - the coaches and the community don't make it easy but I've never been alone at any aspect of the process. They are truly there to assist, guide and advise, plus they share contacts and resources to facilitate the entire home flipping process.

The courses are practical and clear on implementation. The community is there to help and support you along the Journey.
