This program was everything I needed to get the ball rolling! My coach is amazing! It’s almost like growing up in a household and you have family members that are there, teaching you and help you with life along the way. This program is like having a family of investors who are able to just guide you down the right direction. Of course you make your own choices and you have to make good ones for yourself but when you come from a good family, sometimes you come out a better.

The mentorship and coaching that I've received with this program was long desired. Jake's videos are easy to follow, and gives clear goals and objectives. The flip fam is amazing with much needed resources for any level of investors. Higley recommend, and great full I came across this program!

This program i believe can be life-changing for anyone who is brave enough to just try. I know that there are many times I have been terrified however my coach,who was awesome by the way, gave me encouragement and helpful information to get me through it!!! If I had to say anything constructive it would be that I would have liked to have been able to have more personal access to the man who created the program,Jake, but I know he must be busy and to have one on one contact with the many people in this program would probably be impossible. However if he ever has one of the zoom calls which you can be part of for your entire career if you want. I'll be sure to jump on!!!! The only advice I can give future family members would be: put your big girl panties on and go to work,because your only going to get out what you put in.

The course content is very thorough and well organized. I am most impressed by the supportive community and how everyone is so eager to help others. Make a commitment to yourself to dive in and take action!

Jumping into Flip Secrets was the smartest decision that I've made this decade, family excluded :) . I have experienced much of the subject matter over the last 30 years, buying and selling properties for myself... Not for money so much, but often out of necessity. The single most impactful lesson instilled in me was, "Don't let sticker-shock" affect your momentum. I've always been a budget property buyer my whole life, but after using Jake's methods and calculator, Homes to me were simply a game of how much I can net and not so much the asking price. If the numbers make sense, Do it! Fortunately, my ace-in-the -hole, has been the ability to move fast. Not only deciding to buy, but being able to close rapidly (make that funding connection) has made the difference between someone, selling me a home and turning down another buyer, offering 50k more. I am finding so many properties, that I have to slow down and finish the flips that I already have. To date, after beginning the program, I have 2-rehabs and two offers accepted. In addition, the quantity of prospects out there is overwhelming and for now, I only choose properties that I can make at least 100k on. I'm not boasting, just very excited. Ultimately, I still need to sell them, but that's where good buying provides a little safety net. My first turn around will be on the market in a couple weeks. I love this program, it has helped me so much in becoming more confident and aware. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants it, to this program, the help is always there when you need it no matter the time or day, and it is very easy to understand and learn and all you have to do is apply it. 10/10 definitely recommend!!
