I'm new to the network, but the information they provide is very useful. I feel that I'm apart of a team. The material that Jake is sharing will help me build wealth. It's still early for but I see promise.

What I really appreciate about Jake and the Flip Secret program is that he really breaks the finding, fixing and flipping process down for a person to really understand. I love the way I can use all the resources. And the community and the support system that is created is awesome so valuable.

This means a lot, Ronald! Sometimes, people come in and see how SIMPLE we break it down and mistake that as this program is somehow "beneath" their level. Our goal is to level the playing field so that anyone with the right mindset and the willingness to work hard can follow the steps and see success here! We are so glad you found your place here :)

From Onboarding to Jake sharing his story about his humble beginnings, I was stoked! Every detail seemed well thought out and executed. I was told that my Accountability Coach would contact me and Sam, my Accountability Coach did in fact contact me and made me feel exceptionally welcomed. Sam, told me to listen to my Masterclass training videos and take action by following up with homework and ask questions in the Community Groups, community groups are held 6 days a week. (We chop it all up any and all questions or concerns) We have 7 incredible Mentors that are very knowledgeable. Sam, told me it I needed a question answered right away to turn to the groups.” I was very impressed with how Sam, would check on me and give me guidance and “Sam has Reassured me that I got this.” Everyone, has made me feel like I am a apart of the family and apart of a winning team! I am so grateful to have become a member of Flip Secret Family!

Wow, Delareese! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We are very proud of our Accountability Coaches and know they make a HUGE difference when used with the Masterclass, Mentors, and community! Thanks for hopping over and sharing your experience. I'll tell Sam to keep up the great work.

This journey has been both thrilling and fulfilling. Within just three weeks of starting the course, I secured my first property for flipping. Now, in week six, I’m on the verge of closing the deal. My mentor Julia has been instrumental, and our weekly meetings have been valuable to the daily video learnings. Being part of a supportive community with access to vast resources has been a game-changer. While the current mentor program is 6 weeks, extending mentor access to six months would enhance the program, however the Flip Fam community remains a strong support system for any and all needs even after the 6 week period. This investment in myself and my family has truly paid off. Thank you to Julia, Jake, and the entire Flip Fam team!

Thanks for popping over here to share your experience with us, Heather! And congrats on securing your first property! (You work fast!) I want to ensure you know that mentor calls are hosted 4+ times per week for you and all our members for the duration of your membership. Those don't stop at 6 weeks :) If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to email our support team, and we can make sure you know how to get the most out of every part of our program :)

I've been in the Flip Secrets Family for about a month now. So far so good. Jake breaks things down so simply. I've learned so much. Now, I'm putting all I've learned into practice and trying to close on my first deal.

Keep your eye on the prize, Brandi! Consistency is key. If you can take one action, you can take the next. Great job being an implementer!
