So much valuable important information shared, and knowledgeable mentors to learn from. A family to help me put all of the pieces of the puzzle together and begin investing in real estate!

I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST!!! i thought it was just another real estate course. i was very surprised on how this program works. my wife and i just finished closing on our first deal. the steps Jake teaches and the mentor that we were assigned to Sam Jones is awesome!!!! we are very exited and will definetly recomend flip secrets!

Eduard and flip secrets has been amazing in every aspect, Eduard has answered every question I’ve had, has been there all times of the day, and very supportive on my aspersions. With him and everyone at Flip secrets I feel like I have every tool I need to be successful.

The information provided is incredible and easy to follow. The many resources are more than enough to succeed for a first timer like myself. Thanks to the coaching from my accountability coach.

During my initial contact with Flip Secrets, I was impressed with the integrity of the man explaining the program. Further, the design of the program is electronic (online), done at the person's pace, with the belly of the program being powered by many coaches, program leaders, and staff. There are additional downloads for everything taught on-line (video), plus the ability to watch the lesson as many times as necessary. In addition to that, there are accountability calls to one's assigned coach, as well as many live and recorded meetings at various times in order to further enhance program information. This program follows a successful pattern to flip houses, using other people's money. So, it doesn't matter if I have excess cash or not, if I follow the steps outlined in this course, I am able to make money and build real wealth. This is a common-sense type of program and I am very excited to have found something of extreme interest that teaches these fundamental and detailed activities. Plus, all those that have gone before me are kind and willing to answer questions and give advice. I am so impressed with the structure of the program, the amount of comradery between the coaches and all those that participate in this program. I can do all of this from my home. The secrets to flipping houses with this design style is genius. Every step is delineated from the start to the finish. If there are questions, there are online meeting boards where those questions may be answered. I cannot wait to complete the education part and go into the flipping houses part! This is a win-win for me.

When I started flip secrets I was nervous and afraid of change, I pulled the trigger without thinking twice and as soon as I got more and more in the course I started to enjoy the learning process thanks to Jake’s teachings the course is well put together and you get more and more confidence to take action. Before the course I was always trying to get into real estate through YouTube university but that never got me into it, what the course does is makes sure that you stay disciplined and keep grinding to learn the best wealth building tool that you can have in life, and to learn everything you know about real estate, mainly flipping

Having a coach/an accountability person to check up and make sure I was going through the program was great. This helped me stay focused on the program. The community of students and coaches online and the knowledge they offer made this worthwhile to join the program. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get into the business of fixing and flipping houses.

Im a first timer in this business and yes i was nervous about it. The way Jake has it broke down is awesome. He has videos that not only describes all scenerios he also physically works them out with real time numbers explaining all the if, ands, & buts! It is a very informational program. Am i nervous about my first flip, of coarse i am but with this training and the Lord Jesus driving me it will be done. Also my Coach Sam has been very helpful with answering questions. I would like for the coaching call to be just a little bit longer but thats probably bc im a 1st timer. Ive got this and Thank You Jake, Coach Sam, and all at The flip Secrets crew.
