My experience has been great due to the knowledge that I am experiencing and learning. It has been well developed and the way that it is being presented is phenomenal. I thin that Rick is very through in each of his presentations and I really enjoy how he is very repetitive making sure that we are getting it and not just throwing something out there and hoping it sticks.

This company hosts consistent calls for people to share their wins and get questions answered. One of the coaches has provided deal opportunities to me. This group accelerated my knowledge on fix and flips and we are on pace to do at least 15 flips this year. Only been in the group 3 months.

So far my experience has been extraordinary, the information provided by Jake and his team is life changing. Having direct communication to mentors and coaching from people who actually have done it is truly game changing, whenever we have a question or stuck on something we can get an answer that day by either attending the coaching calls or messaging our accountably coach. Don't get me wrong YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK, simply joining this community isn't going to make you a millionaire. You need to follow the playbook and be consistent everyday in you hustle and ask questions. "Stop complaining about the results you didn't get from the from the work you didn't put in, the only way to become more successful than most people is to be willing to do something that most people aren't willing to do." Exactly what we expected!!!!! Thank you to the entire Flip Family Team for coaching us along before and during this journey!!! You definitely get what you put into it, if you follow the process! We fast tracked through our classes in 23 days and on day 24, we had our first signed contract and HML funding set up and ready to roll! We officially close on our first (of many) flip on April 30th and couldn't be more pleased with the classes, resources, and mentorship that is provided. THANK YOU AGAIN FLIP SECRET FAMILY!!!

I have learned a lot since I joined the Flip Secret Program. The classes are amazing, Jake is very passionate about it and teaches everything that you need to know to start your fix&flip business. My mentor is Samantha and she helped me through the process in the weekly coaching calls that we have together, really thankful for her guidance 🤩

Awesome Family!!! I was told by a few friends I know that I did not need to join a group. The info is out there already. I was praying for a direction to still achieve my goals for my family and my self. I hoping for a great training that would help skip me ahead of the learning curve. What I was Blessed with, was the system I was hoping for, along with an Awesome Family. I have not found or seen any negativity towards anyone in the calls or chats. But a group of individual itching to help or just share stories good or bad. Let us get to the Flipping Good Times. Follow the training and you will have deals starting in the first few weeks!!!

My coach is awesome he gives me Input and I can tell he really cares . This system is the best from start to finish Jake is and awesome teacher and he knows what he is talking about. You have to commit and follow your teachers and do your part commit.
